How much does shipping cost for large furniture items?
We offer flat-rate curbside delivery starting at $49. For orders over $1,500, standard shipping is complimentary to most locations within the continental United States.
Do you offer assembly services?
Yes, we offer a White Glove Delivery service for an additional fee. This includes professional assembly in the room of your choice and the removal of all packaging materials.
What is your return policy?
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items must be in their original packaging, and a 15% restocking fee may apply to large furniture returns.
Does your furniture come with a warranty?
All our products come with a minimum 1-year manufacturer warranty covering structural defects. We also offer extended protection plans for accidental stains and damage.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's portal to monitor your delivery progress in real-time.
