At Discount Furniture Warehouse, we want you to love your home, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare Your Furniture

  Carefully disassemble the item if necessary and place it back into its original box with all hardware and assembly instructions included.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup or Shipping

  For small parcels, use the provided prepaid label; for large furniture pieces, we will coordinate a professional freight pickup from your residence.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
